Rapid Channel – Simple & Cost-Effective Grout-In System

The Rapid Channel is a straightforward and budget-friendly grout-in channel system, designed for quick and clean glass installation.

What You Will Need for the Installation:

Installation Steps

  1. Cut the Channel to Desired Length
    Measure and cut the Rapid Channel to suit your project layout.
  2. Drill Fixing Holes
    Drill holes through the base of the channel at appropriate intervals for secure anchoring.
  3. Secure the Channel
    Fix the channel to the deck or concrete using suitable screws or anchors.
  4. Insert and Align the Glass
    Carefully position the glass panels in the channel. Use props or clamps to hold them in perfect alignment.
  5. Pour in Grout
    Fill the channel with grout to lock the glass securely in place.
  6. Install Glazing Rubber
    Fit the glazing wedge rubber to neatly conceal the grout and provide a clean finish.
  7. Cut & Install Infill Covers
    Trim and snap in the infill covers to complete the installation with a seamless look.
